Well, I`ve finally had some time to clean up the garage a bit. Everything has been moved in, of course, but there was just some stuff still in boxes that belonged on shelves. I can`t wait to get it more organized, but I did want to show off a bit. ;) I`ve been busy getting restocked for next year. I`ve still got to go through and pour some half empty bottles into other half empty bottles so I don`t have so many around.

I Had A Garage Once. Then My Wife Stored Her Life In It. I Wish She Was As Organized As You I Might Get Half Of It Back.

Good FOR YOU!

I`m glad you have a nice sanctuary to play with.

Any reason for 2 extra rims?

Seems the strollers got a nice parking spot :lol

Lookin good! I love when my stuff is in good order, it makes detailing so much more enjoyable when everything is in its place.

Quick question, I notice you have a lot of 4* detailer products. How do you like them and which ones do you like the best? Hows the bazooka tire gloss?

I wish I could do that. Way to much stuff, and not nearly enough room. Looks really good and organized.

Thanks for the comments, guys. I know its still not too pretty, but those cabinets were the main draw to buy the house. The garage still needs some work done, but I think I can live with it for now. :)

The two extra wheels is a funny story from a year and a half or so ago. I had just done a full detail on Jennifer`s Accord and it was safe and sound in the garage. My car was parked outside and I had to go out of town on business for a week. My car was already dirty and it was going to storm all week so I figured we`d just leave her car parked and let her use my car while I was gone. We`ll, on the day that I was coming home, Jennifer decided to take a corner a little too tight. She put took a nice chunk out of both rims on the passenger side. She was sooooo worried that I`d be mad when I saw it, but I had just had a really really long week and a longer day of traveling. Wheels can be replaced. Sometimes getting mad about something like that is going to cause damage that can`t be fixed. They are just wheels, but she is my lady and I know she didn`t mean to do it. She bought me two new ones to replace those, so I guess that makes it all better. :) Good thing it happened when it did too, because now you can`t find those rims to save your life. I figured I`d get the chunks fixed and find something to do with them. At the very least I want to put a tire on one of them so I have a full size spare in the trunk. That donut back there isn`t going to do me any good if I get a flat on 17s. lol

The light green towels are from Four Star. The other grass green towels are actually Viper towels that I got from CMA way back in the day. I got a couple in my Blackfire kit when that first came out and I had a few from my Klasse kit too. I use them for detailing door jambs and the painted parts under the hood. They are pretty tough little towels. The rest of them came from Four Star.

I`ve been using Four Star products for the last 3 years now. I started with the Platinum products and was nothing less than impressed. I tried a few different products in the professional line, but hadn`t really branched out to all of them till recently. There are still a few that I don`t have, but those will come soon enough. I am a huge fan of the spray wax and the rubber/vinyl protectant. I haven`t had a chance to really get out there and experiment much with the rest. I`ve smelled them all, of course. ;) That is the first thing that any obsessive compulsive detailer should do. Based on smell alone I`d say its good stuff. I`ll be posting full reviews on the products as I use them. :bigups

Looking good. You need more detailing stuff to fill up the shelves. Are you coating the floor and installing more lights?

Eventually. Right now I want to finish the walls and work on filling the shelves. :naughty Lighting is important and I`ll be working on that for sure. The floor will be a project next spring or summer. Too damn cold outside to do much else right now.

Sounds like it will be a functionall and cool garage once completed. Keep us posted.
