Any ideas for cost of repair?

Any ideas on how much this will cost to get fixed I know thereâ€â„¢s plenty of professionals around here so I thought it was a good place to come get some ideas what Iâ€â„¢m looking at. There is no damage to the bumper cover just cracked paint from the paint being flexed, it looks like it needs just a good sanding and repainting. My girl taped it with her eclipse and thereâ€â„¢s no damage to her car! Every one loves slamming into my car about a half a year ago while I was at work some guy backed into it with his truck, luckily he left a note.

Iâ€â„¢ve been sneaking around the board for about a year learning a lot, currently I drive a 2000 Pontiac Firebird, fully loaded from the factory with a performance package. If any one is intrested in what this car looked like before any women got to it...

well from the looks of that, the entire rear bumper will need a repaint. The flakes could be removed and touched up a bit but I wouldn`t recommend it on that large of an area. From where I sit, you`re looking at ~$200 for that.
