I like to let my cars rust. :D

In summer, 1 coat of sealant, and one coat of wax every 3 weeks or so. Sometimes more often than that if I got some new products that I can`t wait to try out. :)

In winter, 3 coats of sealant before winter really starts, and wax every month or so for the remainder of the season.

I have just been adding more coats of SG. But I am tempted to top it with some S100 that I have.

I usually go with a layer or two of either Blackfire or Fourstar every season, and MAY add a trial layer of carnauba on occassion in between seasons....My own feeling is Polys are every bit equal to carnaubas....with the exception of unsurpassed durability...

Klasse twins upon a complete detail or re doing a spot, topped with Souveran via spit shine method.

Now that I have black car, I always end up going back to carnaubas, even though at times I top sealants with carnaubas. Just something about black paint looking deep enough to swim in that makes it worth it. ;)

AIO + whatever carnauba I feel like using that day (Natty`s, S100, #16, or 3M PI).

Usually a sealant (EX, EX-P, UPP, SG) topped with a carnauba (#16, Natty`s, Souveran, etc.) depending on the vehicle and time of year.

I just recently received WG sealant and love it, so WG topped with favorite wax:D

once every 4 months the process is:

1. megs #80 (using a pc)

2. klasse aio (using a pc)

3. wax (either P21s, mother`s pure carnuba or megs #16) just depends on what I feel like trying .

Between those 3-4 months the process is:

1. wash

2. dry

3. wax every 4 weeks ( see #3 above for list of wax used)

Sealant alone that was applied to a max`d prepped surface. I rather repair blemishes than hide them. All the natural depth, wetness and richness is now protected long term. Found no visual enhancement after topping with a carnauba worth the potential decreased durability, the extra effort, and removal to add another layer (gotta do something ;) ). As Patrick stated most high sealants mimic carnauba results with emphasis on Prep, without the dropoff or need to constantly QD to renew the oils.

Last step is Z6. Previous to that Z2, Z5, Z7, Menzerna FP, Menzerna IP, one large can of "get off your *** & get the job done."
