I uploaded a photo to the gallery, but it is missing. Instead there is a message "photo pending approval". Please tell me what has happened.

All photos have to be approved before they are available in the gallery.
That might take anywhere from a few minutes, to a few hours, to a few days.
Your photo has been approved and is now in your gallery.
By the way, it looks good. :bigups
