Can anybody tell me what country the PC is manufactured in.I`m thinking of driving down to Lowes in Bellingham cuz it`s only $99 there, but if it is made outside of North America there is a duty charge.Just trying to figure out if it is cheaper to go down south and pick one up or order from CarCareSmart.:xyxthumbs
