Has anyone tried using a steamer for car cleaning? They have one of those sunci steamers at target for fifty some-odd dollars. I was wondering if it would be worth it, or just another one of those things that made to look amazing on the infomercial?

Get a steam cleaner extractor machine like the Bissell Little Green Machine. I`ll be getting mine tomorrow morning. According to the tracking number, it`s about 30 miles from here right now. :)

I got mine on Ebay for $55 shipped including insurance.

I just found out today that my mom had a little Bissel QuickSteamer. I know it didnt cost too much and honestly didnt think it was going to do much, but I decided to give it a go on my floormats. Well I must say I was EXTREMELY impressed by that little sucker. I emptied the container and I was blown away by the stuff it got out. My floormats did not even look dirty, but boy the dirt and stuff that came out of it. I couldnt even imagine what a nice professional extractor could do.

Yeah I can`t wait to try out my LGCM this week. I`ve seen pictures of the results others have gotten.

I should have taken pictures, but honestly I did not break out the steamer to do my floormats. My dog peed beside my bed and needed something to clean it up and get the scent out and I found that, then I was hmmmm...i can use this on my floormats! Neat little sucker, im glad I found out. Im sure ill be using it a lot more.

are you talking about the Steam Buggy that they show on infomercials? I have a "Steam Shark" that a buddy bought from the Home Shopping Network and it doesn`t do much at all - it just seems like it pushes water around, and the canister needs to be filled up way too often.

Uhhh...both links are to the same page for me...but they both represent what I`ll be getting tomorrow. :)

I`m not sure about the model numbers, but the one I`m getting looks just like that and it`s non-heated.

My Steam Buggy probably was on an infomercial but it came from Bed bath and Beyond a few years ago
