Holiday Bonus

I was planning on giving my assistant (part time) a $100 Christmas gift/bonus for the holiday. He does a terrific job and since he does most of my interiors now, I can`t imagion doing an entire car myself. Just curious what you guys are doing for your help. Gary

That`s a very nice gesture of you. How long has he been with you? How many days a week/hours does he work?

He has been with me for a year now, he works five days a week about 2-3 hours a day. Gary

$100 to show you are grateful and appreciate his hard work...I think that is about right. I am sure he would be thrilled with the gesture of appreciation.



*edit* im scared to hire people to "help" me. It is so hard to find good, reliable help.

If you have good employees, it is definitely a good idea to reward them on an occasional basis. Good help is hard to find and a real shame when you lose them.
