Castrol Dilution for Wheel Wells

I did a search on wheel well cleaners and Castrol Super Clean seems pretty popular. I can pick some up at Wal Mart too which is a bonus... Can anyone tell me what the dilution rate should be if I am strictly using it to clean plastic weel wells??

I need to get a hold of some more. Even using it full strength on wells works very well for me
