I`m trying to find one-right now I am using a corner of my Oxo brush but it does not get in there aroung the lugs deep enough.

Any recommendations?

Have you tried the OXO Spoke Wheel Brush (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/oxo-1050582.html) ?? :xyxthumbs

I don`t think that would work. I need something with the bristles in a circle (just wider than the lugs) so they can glide over the wheel nut.

How about a child toothbrush

Try a brush for use with an automotive solvent tank/parts washer. It`s a round headed brush about 3/4" across with bristles that are about 2" long, it should work well for your application .

I use a soft bristled paint brush.

/\ I use Q-Tips too, but I get too annoyed when they bend- even using the original, more sturdy paper kind. Forget using the cheap plastic ones!

I would think a small, soft bristled tooth brush might work well.

Lee you might want to try some of Meguiar`s Detailer Line Wheel Brightener. Spray on and hose off with a pressure washer and it will remove the brake dust from the lug nut holes without any agitation.

Lee, I`ll give you a sample of the Poorboy`s Spray & Rinse Wheel Cleaner.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. My gel wheel cleaners from Pinnacle and P21S are actually getting the job done, but these usually work better with agitation and I am thinking a brush of this type would get me even better results or maybe at least break up some dirt clumps in the deeper areas.

I like the Zymol wheel brush from www.emmonscoachworks.com

It`s great for lug nuts and awkward crevices on alloy wheels. It sells for $8.00.
