Hello all!!

Ya gotta love the `03-`04 Cobra. With just a few bolt-on mods you have yourself a genuine 12 second 1320 barnstormer...even in the heavy convertible form such as this! :xyxthumbs The owner of this `vert got booted off the track after running 12`s and not having a mandatory roll bar!!

This beauty is on its second owner and shows just 14K on the odo. It was in overall very good shape inside and out. The current owner keeps the miles low and the car well kept. The paint had some moderate swirling and a few deeper scratches...looked like it had been through a machine wash a few times in its life. It was obvious it had been cared for and just needed a good once over with a PC and some product. :D

Don`t mind the few rain drops!!

Enjoy,

Mike

The detail:

Wash with Meg`s Gold Class shampoo

Clay with Mother`s clay bar using Meg`s #34 as a lube.

Polish with Meg`s #80 using a Meg`s 8006 pad with my PC set at 5.

Polish with PoorBoy`s PwC using a Meg`s 8006 pad with my PC set at 5.

Seal with PoorBoy`s EX-P by hand using a foam applicator. I let the EX-P set on the paint for about 30-40 minutes before removal.

Eagle One`s Never Dull used for polishing the rim lips, Meg`s Hot-Shine on the tires, Meg`s Natural Shine on the trim and ClearKote`s VM on the exterior glass.

THANK YOU all for the kind words!! :D

Those Forgelines are indeed SWEET! 18`s with 275/35`s all the way around. The Borbet Type T`s on my TA look very similar to them but mine are a one piece design and are chrome. Cool style for sure IMHO.

Intercooled the Poorboy`s sealants (particularly EX-P) have quickly become two of my favorite products. I`ve been using them since this spring/summer and have been very pleased with both. Application and removal is just too easy when using PwC as a base. I`ll typically use EX-P on light colors and EX on darker colors but have fallen for the look of the #80/PwC/EX-P combination (just PwC/EX-P if the swirling isn`t bad) on black. It leaves a SUPER wet look with sharp reflections and the carnauba in the PwC deepens the black a tiny bit. Heck...I had never used anything but Meg`s products on my WS6 in the 5 years I`ve owned it and it now has #80/PwC/EX-Px3 on it...that speaks volumes about the Poorboy`s line if you know me. :xyxthumbs

Wow that Cobra looks great. Helluva job! Sweet car for sure. I almost bought a black 03 convert, but went with the LIghtning instead.

But the owner needs to drop the car a bit and lose the 4x4 fender gaps.
