My Natty`s wax is giving me a headache, everytime I use it it crumbles up on me and gets little pieces everywhere. I have been using a Microfiber applicator and running around the edges of the canister. This is not working and I can`t find how to apply it or smooth it out. Could this be a bad can, it is new just got it last week. How do you all apply it and does anyone have this problem?

Hmm, it shouldnt be that hard, Tru using a foam applicator and rubbing it on the foam. You can try softning the wax ahead of time with a bit of heat...

Why don`t you email Poorboy`s? poorboysworld@att.net

I`m sure Steve will make things right. It seems like I read another post about this recently.

Yeah but I got the products from Speciality Motoring products though, so I guess I would need to go through them?

Dampen the applicator bad a bit with water. This might work. Email Steve though, tell him who you got it through and he`ll deal with it accordingly. He`s great.

Use a foam pad, not microfiber. That may not help if the product happens to be bad, but pastes are much easier to appy with foam.

Scott is sending out another can, he was very prompt and a prime example of great customer service. I really wish other organizations could learn to give the type of customer service that most of the detailing product sites give.
