Well my poor boys arrived today... So around 9PM I wash, use the Polish with no silcones or waxes.. It goes on easy... Comes off like a PITA... Could be the high humidity tonight, but even on a night like this the WG pre clean came off easier... I will try again saturday in the day after it sets a little longer to give a better feed back... THen I move on to the QD.. I did not want to EX it because I plan to redo it Satuday... So I spray the QD and am like what... It is more of like a real wax... Works well, but it is not what you expect... Once it is gone I may go back to Z6 as my OD of choice....

I like the packaging, I am unsure of the rest at this point... I guess a late night high humidity try is not the best conditions.. I did use my garage with two fans and the door to the house open blowing cold air in ;) I am also in Florida...

I went crazy and got the Polish, EX, QD, Tire Stuff, Interior stuff... Almost the entire product line... I was hoping one company could suit all my needs.. We will see....

Also I give it`s value a thumbs up... Still that QD shocked me... Worth a try just to see it in action.. I bet the QD would work nice before a car show, not as a everyday thing...

Did you get the Polish With Carnauba or ProPolish? ProPolish can be a pain to use if you use to much. Droplets are good. Polish with Carnauba however should be a really good one step. EX is great, just apply and let it sit 30 - 60 minutes. Yea QD + is more of a wax product, so you can mix with other QD`s. BnB is good with tires.

Okay now I finally get a good look at what hor how the polish and their QD worked. Well it looks real nice... The polish really did it`s job and I am looking forward to doing it again all over and right on saturday. Also, the QD gives it the same look as if I applied #26.....

yes a very small amount of Professional Polish will go a long way...if you use too much spread it out further and work it until you can barely see it. Then for easiest removal, let it dry for a few minutes and work on another panel or two. When you come back it will wipe off very easy. You can even do the whole vehicle before removing if desired.

One other point, yes you are right about humidity at night,

it makes products a bit more difficult to apply and remove.

The QD+ was developed to be a booster for EX. If you are looking for just a quick clean up of dust , etc..that`s Spray and Wipe, and yes QD+ is great at a car show for an extra "POP" ...I have also found it best to spray on a MF, apply it and then turn the cloth over and buff it off, no need to let it dry.

IÃâ‚â„m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Poorboys. I have never used Pro Polish so I guess I canÃâ‚â„t really comment there. It does appear that like most other product applying too much can only lead to trouble.

IÃâ‚â„m sure youÃâ‚â„ll have a very different experience on Saturday when you have at it again. I have great experiences with SSR 2.5, SSR 1, EX & EX-P. This weekend IÃâ‚â„ll try out SSR 1 also. I truly enjoy working with PB products. They go on very easy but almost more importantly they come off easily. I have been very pleased with the results. My two test subjects have both black

You are right. QD+ is NOT like most other QD sprays. It is also no like other Ãâ‚Å“spay waxesÃâ‚Â. IÃâ‚â„ve only used it twice but I think I like it. It really gives a nice snap to the finish. Obviously it goes without saying its no substitute for a true wax job but it looks like it will great for those in between times.

Best of luck on your next PB venture

Shawn

I would not say my experience is negative. It was late and it was more humid than average and there is a little learning curve. This morning the fruits of my labor were obvious. The polish did clean the paint nicely and the QD is a nice addition to a more dust removing QD. I am very eager to really hit it with the entire line this Saturday or Sunday.

Well back in the 80`s I got some Tonka Trucks.. Huge metal ones, not these new ones with plastic all over. So I break out the poor boys pro polish and hit it for two coats.. Each one made a huge difference. So after I get it to the point where I am happy I top it with Zaino Z2. Now this 24`` long 10 inch high metal tow trucks is in great shape for my kid to play with.. Looks wild... I even used some 303 on some of the trim.... Tommrow I hit the 5 foot long one.. Yes 5 foot long car carrie one.. It is black, this one was white and blue..

I just got the Natty`s wax and I like it except it falls apart on me when I sccop it onto my applicator. Maybe it was b/c it is new and needed to be compressed a bit? I also just got my VM and it rocks as far as ease of use and shine.
