Between the bed and cab...

Hey I was wondering how everyone cleans the spot between the bed of a truck and the cab...especially when there is a topper on the bed. Any suggestions?

What about you mobile guys that use QEW and are away from hose access?

I go as far as I car reach. Usually it is pretty dark in there.
