I used NXT on my truck. I have the NXT spray booster wax I use once a week. Question is can I use Quick Detailer on this in between, or that meant for Carnuaba wax only.

It can be used on pretty much anything.

I`ve used QD on NXT and it seems to work just fine. I hit it with the booster wax afterwards just to be safe.

I have been using both Megs FD and the NXT Booster Spray with great results.
