I`ve been looking around at autogeek for some new stuff to buy and noticed they sell engine kote. I thought it was discontinued? Is it being put back on shelves?

Yeah that was my first guess but I wasn`t sure if Meguiars decided to bring it back.

Left over stock. I`ll probably try the 3m equivalent once my supply is done. I assume its a similar substance, would beat buying bottles of floor shine. I`ve noticed that the product produces a different kind of look/gloss on different types of plastics used in different vehicles wheel wells

Hyper Dressing aka D-170 is the replacement for Engine Kote. Also good for tires, fenderwells, and interior vinyl depending on what ratio you cut it with water.

My understanding is once Engine Kote is gone, it isn`t coming back.

Hyper Dressing is a replacment but my understanding is quite a different kind of dressing from EK given that it is dilutable and can be used on tires. If it offers the same kind of durabilty and dust distraction for wheel wells, I would be interested.
