I hate how after washing my car it`s never slick anymore and doesn`t bead as well due to the wash shampoo leaving residue on it. Every wash I`ve used has done it except Pinnacle, which is pretty expensive. After using Pinnacle, the paint still beaded great and was still very slick. Does Meguiar`s NXT shampoo leave residue? Anyone have an idea when the new Poorboy`s wash shampoo is coming out?

Thanks in advance,

Matt

I haven`t used it but my impression of it is that Griot`s wash doesn`t leave behind a residue :nixweiss I believe Megs #00 is another "pure" wash too.

I have had no probs with Megs GC or NXT car wash. As a matter of fact, they are stapes in my detailing regime now. Great suds that last and they both leave the surface very slick.

I don`t have problems with EO Wet, NXT, or Z7 wash leaving any residue behind, and I use pretty strong solutions. :nixweiss

Meguiar`s #00 is the non-leaving-behindest car wash that I`ve used (like that?). It doesn`t have gloss enhancers and stuff like that, just lots of lubrication. :)

Zane - it could be a combination of the car wash and my Florida water. All I know is that the only wash I`ve used that leaves the surface slick is Pinnacle.

I like the FK1 car wash from fk1usa.com
