I like 4" Lake Country pads, I think CMA sells, for the full range you probably have to contact LC itselfr

Check with some of the sponsors here. It`s less than that per set of two. Keep in mind that the yellow cutting pads are a bit more.

Cyclo`s prices went up for the distributors last spring on the machines, but pads remained the same.

Are you talking about:

yellow foam

green foam

white foam

wool

bonnets

or grit pads?

It would be great if you`d seriously consider stocking the Lake Country 4" pads that can be used on the Cyclo. People who love them on the PC and rotary can "fill in the gap" by having the same pads in the right size for the Cyclo. Before having the Cyclo I routinely spot polished with these 4" pads on the PC now with the Cyclo, these are the only pads I`ll use

Bill,

Thanks for the input. I`ll get some from Lake and see what I can do.

Robert

Do you have a number or site for them?

It would be superb if you offered both single pads and the 6 packs as well! :up

Just checked it out.

I requested that they contact me. Private label program?? hmm..maybe WCD will have its own line:)

Have you used the pads from Cyclo? Looking at the pictures from TOL, it is hard to tell the difference. The color of pads and application for each match perfectly.

Pls. share if you used both and what the differences are in your opinion.

Either way, I`ll seriously look into it.

Thanks, Rob

Rob I have not used cyclo pads, but if it helps any here are some pictures of my 4 inch TOL pads. The yellow pad is about a 1/4 inch higher than the others:

I was most influenced to go with LC when I read reports here of Cyclo brand pads sometimes not being as up to par as some users would like. I`ve always loved the quality of LC on my PC, then rotary so when it came time to get more spot repair/Cyclo pads I went LC pads all the way :up

Bill,

Give me your address. Those pads are exactly the same from those pictures. I`m sending you one of each to try. Put one on a pad and the LC on the other. I`m 99% sure they are the same. Please let me know. I`ll get them to you today.

Even the glue around the yellow pad looks the same.

There`s a company that makes them, no Cyclo I believe so I think it`s just another company selling the 4" pad.

I`ll call Cyclo and ask.

Either way, you will get one of each to compare..it`s worth the trial.

Thanks, Rob

Rob,

Thank you for your offer. The pads I have photographed here are different. Perhaps LC does make the Cyclo just diffferent colors but mine are smaller versions of the larger variable contact pads familar on PCs. (They make flat too) The back felt also is similar to the larger:
