Odor neutralizer

I am looking to use the odor neutratizer. Pretty much every car has an odor anyway, why not get rid of it?



Anyway, my question is where in the process do you put it in? Before or after the shampooing/extracting?



Also if you do it at the end, would you wait till after you put down fabric proctection?
