EX or EX-P on maroon? Convertible Help?

I`m detailing my first Corvette convertible tomorrow. Any suggestions on how to clean it? Any suggestions on off the shelf products since I don`t have time to order 303 or Raggtop. Also should I use EX or EX-P on maroon?

I would use the EX since it has carnauba...it will add a little deeper look to the paint :up
