Meguairs Heavy cut cleaner?

Hey guys I was just wondering is this stuff safe enough to use byt itself to remove some deep scratches. I`m working on a Chevrolet Malibu right know and I already did dacp with a cutting pad on speeds 4, 5, and 6 with the pc but it didn`t remove them all. The scratches aren`t that deep where you can feel them with your fingernail but they or over the entire car. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. You can use it with a PC, but it`s not all that effective, since the PC does not generate enough heat to use the abrasive properly. If you do try it, you`ll have to follow up with #9, or DACP to get the gloss back.



In general though, if you cannot get the defect out with a PC and multiple passes with DACP, it`s time for a rotary.
