Ranney from Pakshak sent me some new micro fiber products to try out and I must say I am really impressed with them.

New Ultra White MF`s.

These towels are so soft and plush. They really don`t even compare to other MF`s I have used before. My new favorite towel.

Fingerfoam Wax Applicators

I used these the other night and they were great for those hard to reach places a standard wax app couldn`t fit. Very easy to control since they fit over your finger.

New Micro Fiber PC Bonnets

This is my first time using the micro fiber bonnet and I was very impressed. Made the final buff of my car so much easier. I removed some of the product with a regular MF towel and then followed with the PC and a MF bonnet. I am definitely hooked on these things and all his products...:xyxthumbs

How do you plan to use the ultra-fines? I got some recently and I`m trying to find the right niche for them.

A couple of questions...

1. are the edges borderless?

2. how do they compare (plushness, price etc) with Meguiar`s new White Ultimate Wipe or CMA`s White Perfect Buffing towels, 2 comparable products?

are the whites the same as the yellow ultra-fines?

I received yesterday my two ultra white towels and I love them. I keep one in the Lexus to periodically wipe down my walnut interior trim. It`s a great towel and I like having the white since it shows what is getting cleaned.

To answer one of the above questions...the plushness exceeds the Megs but I have not tried the CMA towels. The borders are wrapped by a soft thread but they don`t scratch a bit.

They are definitely plusher than the Megs UW that I have now. It might be an older one though.

What kind of MF is under those white buffing bonnets? THe new UltraFine MF look good, hope I can hold out until Xmas :D Pats you probable have the UW with the black stitching and thats really thin. the new UW looks good but are quite pricy.

The ultra-fines (yellow and white only differ in size) are different from CMA`s Buffing towel in weave. I think the ultra-fines are more plush, but the Buffing towel is more limited in use. I`ve heard of many on this board who use the ultra-fines to QD, buff, final wipe, etc. The price of the ultra-fines is better if you get the autopian discount.

It looks to me like one of the regular 16x16 towels. Those pics are the same as the ones on pakshak.com, BTW, so you can go there to check out more pics.

well, they are both ultra fine, but one difference that it see in the two is that....... the yellow one has longer fibers, and the white one has really short fibers, which is good. also, the white one seems to feel more plush, probably due to the fiber size or something. the white is much better than the yellow by a long shot. i bought 4 of them the other week from ranney, and theyre great (tony the tiger)

a word of caution....... over the weekend, i washed the green mfs with one of the white mfs, and now the white mf is realy faded green. its still white, with a hint of green. its like when my aunty washed her daughters tie dye t-shirt with my uncles white undewear, it makes the underwear pink. if you look at the one that i washed with the greens, and the ones that i washed seperate from the greens, you can really see a difference. if staining your white mfs doesnt bother you, go ahead and wash the green and white mfs together.
