will rotary remove overspary?

Hello all,



I`m doing my sister`s black metallic corola, and i noticed that the whole car was overspayed. Tried using clay, but it`s difficult to remove them completely, and i`m using zaino clay bar.



So i`m thinking of using my rotary yellow pad and DACP. But in doing this will it remove those annoying spots completely rather than using a claybar??



Please help!!
