So my paint is finally cured enough so that I can seal it. I`ve been using glaze for a while now, and I have a hard time believing that you can top it with anything. It leaves a very oily residue. If I top, say 3M IHG, with S100, will it still feel greasy? Will they clash? Can I put Klasse SG on top? What about 3M IHG + 3M Wax?

Most any carnauba will work fine on top of most glazes. I`ve never experienced any kind of conflict and I`ve done many glaze/wax combos. Realize that you never really remove a glaze; it`s always going to leave some streaks and a residue. That`s the oils in the glaze which are giving the paint that rich, deep look.

The solvents in the wax will remove the residual streaking from the glaze and you should be left with a great result. Just remember to apply the wax thinly and you`ll be OK.

The 3M products combo is fine. But SG won`t work on top of glazes or waxes. It`s a sealant and it needs Klasse AIO as a base coat. If you`re not using AIO, skip the SG.
