I did this 83` 280Z over the weekend for a guy at work that wants to sell it real soon...now he is one of these guys that thinks he takes real good care of this car by washing it with water and a sponge  The car is in decent shape for an 83` so I told him I would try Colorx on it as a one-step to see if I could bring the color out to sell it.

I have to give Colorx a real big :up I took the car home, washed it, clayed the horizontal surfaces and used Colorx with the pc w/yellow pad on 6. It did more than I could have ever expected it to do. It made the car very black and actually took like 80% of the swirling and marring out of the paint. It took out some oxidation and brought back great depth to the paint.

Now keep in mine that I was only doing a one-step quick process here so that he can sell it quick so there are still problems with the paint. I have no before pics as it was dark out and overcast and none of them came out very well. the after pics are outside, no shade but it was still rainy and overcast when I took them.

Colorx will defiantly become a part of my detailing arsenal in the future. It was very wet and damp out while using it also and I had no trouble applying or removing this product what so ever even on black.

Enjoy! questions, comments.
