Detailed the GT this spring and added another layer of meg`s #26 this weekend. Great stuff on a red car...

I don`t remember #26 being that reflective!
You used the #26 paste wax ... right?

Man that looks really nice!
Are you into the new 2005, or are you going to stick with your current model?
Thanks guys for the positive response. My wife gave me a pc last christmas and in the spring I started with clay then meg`s #9, #7 and #26. I used LC white pads for #9 & #7 and finishing pad for #26.
69stang, this is my first mustang (i`m no spring chicken, 52) so I`m having a bit of fun with it right now.
Looks Great :up :up

Looks awesome Jim but, then again I am biased on Laser Red GTs wearing #26 :D I know what you mean about not being a spring chicken. Have had "practical" cars all my life. Didn`t get the Mustang until I turned 40 although I have been lucky enough to have a few motorcycles along the way.
Here are a couple pics of mine (#7,#26)

I can`t tell ya how often I hear people say carnauba makes their paint look cloudy. How is this for cloudy :D (#7,#26)

This has got to be my favorite (#7,#26)

Looking good! Really gorgeous. It`s one of my favor too.:xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs:xyxthumbs
Rjstaff, to be honest I saw your pictures posted and loved the way your car looked. I simply copied your process.
ps: my car is not laser red. It`s more on the maroon shade...

Both cars look great! I don`t think I have seen a Laser Red in person look anywhere close to that good. Nice rides, but then again I am very biased.....:D

I guess it could also be Redfire, what year is it? Do you know the paint code, you can find it on the sticker on the driver side door.

Very nice job on the Stang. Looking very good! Was the #26 liquid or paste? I`m guessing it was the liquid wax since you applied it by PC, but some people apply paste waxes by PC too.
