For all the pros...I have to do a 2000 Jeep wrangler, and the thing has a soft top on it. The problem is that these plastic windows are really scratched. Is there any kind of good product that will take these scratches out? A polish perhaps? Plastx? Let me know, because it`s been bugging me. Thanks

Not a pro but I have heard good things about Plexus and Megs. Here`s a link http://autopia-carcare.com/meg-g-12310.html . Good luck.

Mequiar`s #10 Plastic polish, applied with the PC.
Just improved a Honda S2000 substantially. Honda was going to replace the entire top!!!
We do it a few times per month on Wranglers, and, of course, my 92 Miata.

Jim--do you remove the top to work on it or can you apply pressure while it is still on the car?

Leave the windows in place. Light to moderate pressure is fine. I did a BMW Z3 today. Take the time to mask. The polish is not friendly to thre fabric/vinyl tops.
Additionally, removing the plastic window, and placing it on a flat surafce for support introduces the posibility of inducing scratches on the opposite side!
