1. Packaging & Labeling. Is it well packaged? Are the labels durable?

The package was a plastic bag with instructions printed on the bag.

2. Helpful instructions on label?

Yes.

3. Does product do what the manufacturer claims it does?

The light green pad performed excellently for me today. I used it to remove the swirls on the hood of my 2004 F150. I love the way it handled the slope and indentions on the hood. I used Meguiar`s pads in the past, I will be using the Edge pads for all of my buffing needs. Also I purchased their pads for my Makita 9227C High Speed Polisher rotary, and I know that they will perform as advertised. I love the ease of the quick removal and attachment of the pads knowing that they will be centered everytime. The vibration of the PC was minimal with the new short adapter.

4. Value. Is the product a good buy? If a liquid product, how much per ounce? Does a little go a long way?

With the pads being double sided, the value works for me.

5. Easy to use? Hard to use? Did you read the directions and use as directed?

The pads are very easy to use. Yes, I read and followed the directions, as I didn`t want anything to go wrong with working on the paint on my truck.

6. If known, what is the pH of the product? Is it safe for enthusiasts or should it be for professional use only?

N/A

7. Describe the product smell, viscosity and other physical traits if any.

N/A
