newbie using the pc

i received my meguiars finishing pad today and started using it with nxt.

When i was using the pc, these little white specks were starting to get thrown out from pad. it looks like dust. Is this normal?

yea, that`s normal, that`s just the nxt flying off

If oyu start to get a ton of the specks flyong off, take a gentle nylon brush and brush off the edges of the pad. It will help the problem quite a bit.
