I dont subsribe to layering carnaubas. That said, S100 seems to last about a month. Its a beautiful wax but needs to be reapplied pretty often.

I`ve used S100 on my two black Harley Davidsons a LOT. It looks great, is easy to apply but is not very durable at all. I`m not into layering carnauba at all. If you are going to do anything you might as well put on another layer of sealant. I am very pleased with both BLACKFIRE and NXT on my black Hemi and on the black Harleys. Both products also look great on my wife`s silver Tacoma.

I reapply S100 every 3rd wash when I had the AIO/SG/S100 thing going. I`ve reapplied S100 3 days after a coat once or twice during the winter. It was a sacrificial layer.

No you can`t put SG over S100. The earlier post meant that if you`re going to layer anything you might as well do SG as sucessive layers seem to make a difference as opposed to layering carnaubas which would be indistinguisable.

You`ve probably reached the point of diminishing return with 4xSG.

I`d do more S100 every 3 weeks, and then just smile.

Now that I think about it, that`s just what I do with my own black car...

Im with Jimmy Buff, just keep re-applying the S100 every 3 or 4 weeks and then re-do the whole thing again in 6 months - thats if you can wait that long!

Once every two weeks to keep the highest POP as summer heat evaporates it very quickly.

S100 only takes about 5 mins to apply anyways.

I let my #16 cure for a day or so, then re-wash and re-apply one more coat. Adds a little more depth and protection. After that, I find its "the law of diminishing returns". There after, I will wax every 4 weeks for 3 months, then re-polish and wax. Clay every year. Denali is a DD.

How long the S100 last really depends on the color of your paint. It lasts about 3 weeks on my black bimmer and about 4 months on my wife`s silver audi.
