Hey,
A couple weeks ago I was at walmart picking up a can of Stoner`s window cleaner and decided to try a wheel brush they have in the automotive section. While OXO is better quality I`m sure, this brush reminds me a lot of the nice brushes OXO makes. This afternoon I ran it over a new blank CD and found no scratches from the couple passes I did. Cleaned all my wheels with it and it did an excellent job. This is not the Black Magic wheel brush they have at Walmart, I have not looked at the bristles on it, but some have said they are stiff. I believe this company is called Deluxe Detailer or something, I removed the tag after I bought it, but the color of the tag is blue and green. Here are some pictures of the brush.
Pete
EDIT: I believe it was $4.87
