Hello everyone, I am new to the forums. Ive recently started detailing my car. Here is the steps I go through. I would be glad if anyone could suggest any tips :)



Wash and dry the car

Is that a good order?

You can go straight to claying your car after washing, then dry it.



So you only have to dry one time.



Some will wash, clay, wash, then dry.

After #7 consider topping with a sealant or carnuba wax.

General Lee - what product to you recommend for me to use after #7? But from what I got, I should just use Meguiar`s and Ill be fine?

If you are going to stick with Megs, then #26 paste wax, or if you can find it #16 paste wax. Either will look great.

Ok, so if I wash, claybar, #9,#6,#7,#26 I will be getting professional results :) I dont have to worry about the effort, because I put a lot of time into things. I was just worried about the products. Also, does it matter what clay bar I use?
