Anyone know where to get good car covers in Canada?

I am looking for a decent all weather car cover in Canada. The car will be outside all summer and fall (it is stored in the winter). So I need something that will stand up to the rain and run. The ones at Canadian Tire seem a little cheap to me but I might be wrong. Can any suggest where I can get a decent one?
