I used Lexol leather cleaner for the first time yesterday and I don`t see any foam like how it looks like in the picture on the back. I used a damped sponge as my applicator. Is it because I`m using a sponge or is it because I damped it :nixweiss???

It needs to be more than just damp. I use a towel and really soak it. You don`t want soo much water that it makes a huge mess but, it does need to be more than just damp.

I used it today on an applicator that I dunked then squeezed the water out of. It wasn`t like car wash foam, but it foamed some as I worked it in. Did you get any foam at all?

Not really. I only soak the kitchen sponge with water and squzee as much water out as possible. Can I even use a kitchen sponge as an applicator :nixweiss???

I use an MF that I soak with water and wring out as much as possible. I do get some foaming, but it`s not like car shampoo foaming if that`s what you are looking for. Try a MF, or terry app and see if that makes a difference.
