What schedule do the pros here follow?

What do the professional detailers here do to their daily drivers? Assuming good washing and drying technique, how often are more aggressive methods used? Paint cleaner twice a year, and a SMR once a year?

Personally I will do a good polish step (with Meg`s #82 or #9 since my truck is usually never swirled bad) and clay on my work truck twice a year (once in the fall and once in the spring) with a glaze/lsp at least once a month if I have time.
