If you mean to apply dressing on weather stripping and things like that, check out a good dollar store or an arts and crafts store, they have good foam items designed for painting

A store like Michaels has the kind with wood handles and Dollar Tree has the plastic kind, you can several shapes/sizes in an assortment pack
