Waxing my car the other day and i had accidently got polish and/or wax on the black, porus molding of my car, can`t get it out, used macquires trim detailer = helped for a few days,but back to the grungy white?? What can I clean this with?

White gum erasers work pretty well for that. Or you can always use peanut butter...no joke, actual peanut butter. Just spread on and wipe off. I prefer the eraser though, not as messy and doesn`t make me hungry.

LOL! I`d have that same hunger problem too. I`ll try the eraser trick here in a few minuets...I love work for the broadband on my laptop, but can`t wait to leave so i can clean my car everyday!

I`ve used AIO, peanut butter, TW bug & tar remover, and they all work pretty good.

Try a product called Wax Blaster. It works great to remove wax residue from textured or non-textured plastic.

I have used Vinylex and a toothbrush with great success. Available at Pep Boys.
