I"m about to do this on my wife`s difficult wheels. Did mine last year and couldn`t tell much difference. But she has the brake pads from hell as far as dusting goes. I`m tempted to replace them with ceramic regardless of if they have many many more miles on them.

Heh, couldn`t tell if they were ZR1 replicas or SS`s, same stuff :D
I don`t think there would be much benefit running the 9.5`s over the 9`s, except maybe the fact you can run 285`s instead of 275`s more appropriately...not much advantage though IMO.
