ok 2nd attempt - I fell foul to the multiple image posting in the same thread error... :o

my dailydriver (audi S3) - some before and afters. just bought a PC and wanted to try it out so managed to get some products this weekend (thanks very much Alex!! :D ) and was itching to start. Unfortunately I only have the pad that comes with the PC right now as Im waiting to get some pads as we speak. Products I used were:

wash (zymol)

clay (megs)

PwC

SSR2

EX-P

It started raining about 15mins after I finished (typical english weather), so the after pics are the following evening after a Megs QD session.

Ok then, onto the show :)

hope you like - I know I am more than happy with the results of the products and the PC. Although it didnt really save me any time, the PC certainly saved my arms, and allowed me to take more time over things (as I wasnt getting tired).

When I get my pads order, I think I may give the SSR2 a proper going over with the PC, followed up by a couple more layers of EX-P.

Lets hope the sun keeps his hat on :D

Thanks guys, your comments are much appreciated !

This site has given me so much information, Im so glad that there are others out there who like keeping their cars clean ! my woman thinks Im borderline nuts -- well alright then, plain nuts. :D

I will take a pic of the engine bay and post although there isnt much to show ! its a 1.8L 20valve engine with a K4 turbo. Engines these days just dont seem to have that bonnet-lifting "wow" that they used to have (or maybe thats just small capacity euro cars ;) ) My last car was an E46 M3 and that had a nice looking engine, as in it filled the engine bay up !! (as you can tell, Im far from a mechanic :o :p )

Bob - I live a couple of miles from Bromley (SE London / Kent border). I moved there from Wapping (nr Tower Bridge) about 5yrs ago (got out of the smog!). Still, doesnt stop the property prices from remaining absolutely ridiculous...

cheers
