UK equivalent of Rubbing Alcohol

Can anyone tell me what the UK equivalent of Rubbing Alcohol is? I thought it may be Methylated Spirit but I`m not sure.

Could it be Isopropyl Alcohol or maybe Guiness:D

In the US, "rubbing alcohol" is usually about 70% Isopropyl. Should be available at your local chemist.

I just bought some 10 liters of isopropyl for £8 from a local chemical company if that is any help. Boots wanted £16 for 2 liters of the stuff!
