I ordered a bunch of stuff from Nick (Detailer`s Paradise, exceptional after-sales service!) this past week and he included the entire 1Z catalog in English. WOW, 1Z has a ton of products! This one caught my interest:

Get lost Marten http://www.computerpannen.com/cwm/contrib/fk/bear.gifhttp://instagiber.net/smiliesdotcom/contrib/anym/rodent.gif http://www.freeadpower.org/~mrsmiles/otn/animals/frog2.gif

Long-lasting anti-marten spray. Offers long-term protection against damage caused by martens and dormice to favorite car components such as electronic cables, ignition cables, brake and radiator hoses, v-belts and sleeves, shock absorbers or spring systems. I wonder if this product is geared towards general vermin that roam your average American neighborhood...things like squirrels, mice, chipmunks, etc.

Yep, we have a lot of products. The catalogue you received is the `world` catalogue and not specific for North America even though it`s in English. It`s actually a condensed version of the original catalogue.

Tschüss Marder is one of the products not slated to come to North America in the near future.

Just to clarify, it`s not a poison and it`s only formulated for use on Martens and not other rodents like chipmunks, etc.

Just has an odor that discourages martens from coming near the cables. This saves owners hundreds of dollars a year.

It`s not coming here because we don`t exactly have a Marten problem here in North America :)

Germany. They cause a lot of damage to brake lines and electrical cables. Very costly.

Over here in hill top communities in Southern California we have a similar problem with rodents doing the same thing.

Actually, we are working in conjunction with NASA and JPL on a anti-Martian spray in case our next visit to Mars comes across some unfriendly welcome from the natives. It is going to be called "Bye-bye Marsmensch" :D
