What I mean by safe is, can you use them on their own when you`re in a bind and its not really convenient to do a proper car wash? I envision these being used after a trip on the highway and you`ve got bugs on the car but your only other choice is to leave them there for now...
My two concerns would be: 1) would they scratch or mar the paint? 2) is it ok to leave the paint as is after you`ve used the wipes? (surely they contain some solvents).
