Detailing flat painted cars

Here`s the situation...



I`m one of those people that plan ahead. WAY ahead! A few years down the road when I finally get a new car, I`m looking into having it painted with a flat finish and a couple of `SS` racing stripes down the top of the car in a normal paint finish. Black of course.



My question is this... Is there any difference in detailing a car like this compared to a car with a normal finish? Does anyone have any thoughts on this type of paint?

Just one little bump and I`ll leave this alone for the next year or so ;)



Does anyone else have any thoughts on the matter or opinions on this type of paint finish in general?
