First I`d like to say Hello to everyone, been lurking for sometime.

I`ll try to make this short,I`ve been using Zaino for a couple of years now.I just picked up a new vehicle a couple of weeks ago and it`s Black. It`s still cold here and I did manage to wash it in Dawn, clay and put 2 coats of Z5 on it till the weather warms up.

Basically I have some minor swirls and a few lite scratches that I wan`t to remove by hand before I reapply the Zaino again.I`ve read so much here to the point I`m a little confused as to what I can use to polish with that won`t affect the bonding of the Zaino to the paint.I`d like to use a polish that I can use Zaino on without washing again to remove oils or fillers.I have hard water and spots real easy so I`d like to avoid washing it again before applying Zaino.Perhaps using AIO before Zaino ?

Thanks Rick

You`re free to use whatever polish you like, just wash the vehicle before you apply Zaino and you`ll be fine. Don`t forget to use Z1 or Z2/Z5/ZFX for your first coat though. After than, depending on how much time or effort you are willing to put in a day - you can then choose to only go with straight Z2/Z5 for the next 4-9 coats.

ZFX/Z1 needs to be used every 10 coats.

Thanks...I was hoping to avoid washing again after polishing.Z2/Z5 will not remove water spots. What I have been doing is using Z6 after washing and before using Z1/ZFX-Z2/Z5 to remove some of the water spots I always end up with.
