Since I`ve heard so much about ranney`s towels, I wanted to sample a couple. I pm`ed ranney yesterday and emailed him today but have yet to hear a response. How long does it usually take to get a response? Thanks guys. Guess I`ve been spoiled by Nick@detailersparadise who always gets back to me the same day :D

Ranney has always responded to me within 24 hours, so I would be patient for a little while. He will definitely respond.

Ranney responded quickly to my e-mail last week, just give him some time and he`ll reply back. When I called to place an order, it took some time to get through, though. I just received my order about 15 minutes ago. Towels look and feel great! Can`t wait to try them out. I ordered on friday and got the package today. Excellent customer service and Ranney is just an all around great guy to deal with.

Looking good. I just tried 1Z with my new PC today and man, does it make a difference. I was a little skeptical, but after using it, I was impressed. Nice work on the Bimmer, looks great!
