Can`t help you directly but any motor factors or bodyshop supply will be able to help you - 3M and Meguiars for example make velcro/ hook and loop sanding disks that will attach directly to your current PC velcro pad.

Along these same lines. What`s the general consensus on using a PC for sanding wood, then using it on your car. Obviously, you would want to make sure it was as clean as possible after sanding wood, but I`m still afraid of a little piece of sanding dust falling out and wreaking havoc.

I have other sanders (also Porter Cables), but the one I use on my car is the largest. I need to sand and refinish a deck railing, but don`t want to buy another sander if it`s possible to use my PC without fear of messing things up for using it on my car. Does anyone go back and forth with theirs? Any tips on getting it sanding dust free?
