Help Me Please!!!!!!!!

Ok, I have a `94 V6 Mustang and right above the drivers side door handle under the window there is a patch about 6-10 inches long and 3-4 inches wide that it looks like the sun has kinda baked. Can that be buffed out? Is there a wax that will shine it up? Or does it just have to be repainted? Please help me, I dunno what to do! Thanks!!!

It could be clearcoat failure. A picture could help.

Well what if it is that, can I fix that just by some polish and buffing

Not if it`s clearcoat failure.......you`re only going to fix that with a paint gun.
