I`ve never seen these at Sam`s before but they had a 20-pack of 70/30 microfiber towels for $10. They were 14"x14" and came in blue and white. They seem fairly soft and very clingy. While they may not be as thick as some of the premium towels I`ve gotten from Pakshak or YoSteve, they`re pretty close and much better than any other store bought towel I`ve seen. Anyone else have experience with these towels?

After reading about the Costco MF`s for so long (No Costco here!), I`ve been wondering when Sam`s was going to join in the MF fracas.

I was in my Sam`s on Thursday, but saw none.

Were they in the auto section?

Did you catch the manufacturer`s name on the package?

Did you sample some foods while you were there?

They go by the name "Microtex" and actually my wife found them and I`m not sure what part of the store they were in. I think they might have been with the cleaning products because she was getting some oxi-clean when she found them.

Microtex is the name that Concordia is now using on the 14x14 WalMart towels that have been discussed here. They come in blue and white too.

Can you please check the label to see of it actually says Concordia as the manufacturer.

They are definately Concordia. I bought 3 packs about 2 weeks ago from our local Sams. Great price for what these are. And yes JT Intl ultras do my paint work. These little ones do miscellaneous stuff which passes my sanity check.

Only use those type of towels for cleaning wheels, interior, maybe windows, etc. I never use them for wax application or removal. They will scratch your paint.....and I know this from experience. They are not as soft or have as much quality as those from patrick, pakshak, DF, and other`s. :xyxthumbs

I use the wal-mart 6.5 sq.ft. microtex towel for buffing and it has never scratched. I love it. Only 3-4 bucks.

I have used the micro-fiber`s from Costco Yellow one`s and they did not scratch my paint..Actually they worked really well..However, the Meguiar`s micro-fiber`s do work better..
