Spot Pads - Looking for a cheaper vendor

Anyone know where I can get these spot pads cheaper? I have had success finding pads cheaper than CMA.

I found them at Top of the Line. Little 4" spot pads for the PC in cutting, polishing and finishing styles for $2.56 a piece!!
