layering #7

Is #7 layerable or will each application remove prior layers?

Tomorrow/next week it`s supposed to get in the mid 30s here! I know some of you southern detailers would run inside by the fireplace at that temperature. :)

Since we haven`t seen above-freezing temps in over a month, 35 is considered warm.

So, I am planning a #7/NXT combo. Then I`ll put another layer of NXT on next week.

#7 is a pure polish, so it can conceivably be layered (though a quick search on this topic will reveal lots of interesting input!). However, #7 with nothing on top of it is essentially worthless, since there is no wax agent in #7. Personally, when I use #7, I actually do two applications, but that`s just to ensure that I covered the car completely. Any benefit is probably only in my mind....
