my problem is that it`s cold and i park my car in an outside spot. I need to have someone do it.

I do stay opened over the winter weather permitting. If you just want a hand wash, i can get someone to you. If you want detailing I would just hold off 1 more month. You would be dirty in one day with the NY weather.
